UNE BOULANGERIE EN OR (2011年バゲットコンクール結果)

さて、ビンラディン殺害のニュースが新聞をにぎわせていますが、今朝ようやく2011年のバゲットコンクール優勝の記事を発見しました！

174人のパン職人が集まった今年のコンクール、優勝したのはAu Levain d'Antan(オウ・ルヴァン・ダンタン)。パン職人Pascal Barillon(パスカル・バリロンさん)のお店で、モンマルトルの丘にあるパン屋さんみたいです。

それにしても昨年の優勝店Le Grenier à Pain Abbesses(ル・グルニエ・ア・パン)も18区だったはず。18区には美味しいパン屋さんがたくさんあるんでしょうか。

我が家からはちょっと行きづらいところにあるのですが、一度はバゲットコンクール優勝店のバゲットも食べてみたいです。
